Scan or forward
Scanning means you receive a copy of the item. Forwarding means we send the piece to an address you name. Tell us which you want. You can ask to change that instruction later.
Business Services
Mail forwarding is an optional add-on for pieces that arrive at your business address. We can scan them or send the physical mail on to you, and you ask us about it rather than picking a published per-piece price.

Mail handling is not assumed inside every order. Ask us if you want it. We will explain how pieces are treated and what we charge before you agree. This page does not list a price per envelope.
We handle mail that arrives at the business address we provide. Personal mail sent to your house is not part of this service. The registered agent still covers service of process and state mail.
Company mail comes to the business address. We log the item and follow the instruction you gave us: scan it, forward it, or both when that is what we agreed. A scan is a practical copy so you can read a bill or a notice without waiting on the envelope. Forwarding is for pieces you want in hand, such as a check or a card that a scan cannot replace. We will not open a debate about which items “count.” The arrangement is the one we confirm with you when you ask for the add-on.
This is separate from the registered agent, even when the addresses match. The agent’s job is service of process and mail from the state. Those items are received and passed on because the company must actually get them. Ordinary mail, catalogs, and vendor letters are the forwarding add-on. If something looks like a lawsuit or a state deadline, we treat it as agent mail and send it to you promptly. You still have to read it. We do not calculate response dates, and we are not a law firm.
We do not publish a price per piece, per scan, or per pound on this page. Volume, destination, and whether you want scans, physical forwarding, or both all change the work. Contact us, describe the mail you expect, and we will tell you the charge before you start. If you only need the formation package, you do not have to add this. The published formation package remains $99 plus the state filing fee, with registered agent service for the first year and a business address on the public record.
Give us a reliable destination if you want physical mail forwarded, and a reliable email if you want scans. Mail we cannot match to a client, or mail you told us to refuse, will not be treated as yours. Junk and hazardous items are not something we agree to store. If your forwarding address changes, tell us before the next piece goes out. Whether a bank or a vendor will mail to this address depends on their policy, not on the add-on.
We do not list a per-piece price. Mail forwarding is an optional add-on, and the charge depends on what you ask us to do. Write to us with the kind of mail you expect and whether you want scans, forwarding, or both. We will tell you the amount before you commit. The $99 figure on this site is the formation package plus state fees, not a mail rate.
Service of process and state mail are handled as registered-agent items and sent to you so you can act on them. Ordinary mail is the add-on. Either way, once you have the item, the deadline is yours to meet. If you have been served, ask a lawyer what the papers require. We only receive and pass them on.
