An address, not a desk
You get a business address you can put on the company and on mail. There is no private room, receptionist, or staff waiting inside for your meetings. Do not list it as a workplace you occupy.
Business Services
A virtual office here is a business address and a place to receive mail. It is not a staffed private office, and it pairs with the registered agent when you want one public address instead of your home.

Ordinary company mail can be received at that address. Scanning or forwarding the pieces is a separate add-on you can ask about. The address itself is the place the mail is sent.
Use it with the registered agent when you want the public filing and the business address to match. The agent still receives service of process and state mail. The virtual office covers the business address.
Owners ask for a virtual office when they do not want a home address on a website, a letterhead, or a public filing. The address we provide is a real street address where mail for the company can be accepted. You may use it as the company’s business address. You may not describe it as a staffed office, a storefront, or a room that is yours alone. If a bank, a landlord, or a state form asks whether you occupy the space, answer that question truthfully. What they will accept depends on their own rules.
The registered agent and the virtual office solve two related problems. The agent is the legal recipient for service of process and for mail from the state. The virtual office is the business address and the place ordinary mail lands. Many clients use them together so the articles and the company’s public address show one location instead of a house. They are not the same product. Using the agent address does not turn the location into a private office, and it does not mean your letterhead should describe a staffed suite.
When you form with Wyoming Digital LLC, the published package is $99 plus the state filing fee. That package includes the state filing, an operating agreement or bylaws template, and registered agent service for the first year, along with a business address for the public record. If you want the virtual office kept as your ongoing business address, tell us when you start. We will say what is included with formation and what continues only if you renew it. We will not invent a second sticker price on this page.
Mail forwarding, if you want pieces scanned or sent on to you, is an optional add-on. Ask us and we will describe the handling and the charge before you agree. There is no per-piece price listed here. We are a filing and address service, not a law firm, and a business address does not decide taxes, licensing, or whether you are “present” in a state. Those questions depend on where you actually work.
No. This is not a staffed private office and it is not a meeting room. It is a business address and a place to receive mail. If you need a room for a meeting, rent one locally. Do not send visitors to the address expecting a receptionist or a desk with your name on it.
On the public filing, the registered office can be the agent address instead of your home. You can also use the business address on letterhead and on the company website. Other records can still show a home or a residential address if a bank, a tax form, or a court asks for it. We do not promise that every database will show only this address.
