Example state fees

Figures below are commonly published, confirm with the state. We list them so you can budget. The secretary of state sets the real amount, and it can change.

Wyoming LLC

Formation is commonly $100, paid to Wyoming.
The annual report is commonly $60, paid to Wyoming.

Other states we file in

Delaware, Florida, Texas, and New Mexico each set their own formation and annual fees. Those amounts differ from Wyoming and are paid to that state. We do not print a dollar figure for them here, because the current fee belongs on the state site.

Mail forwarding, and registered-agent renewal after the first year, are not part of the $99 package. We quote those when you ask, before any extra work starts. Nothing on this page charges a card.
