These terms cover use of this website and requests you send to Wyoming Digital LLC. They are written in plain language.
Effective date: October 10, 2026
The site describes services
Pages on wyomingdigitallc.com describe formation services offered by Wyoming Digital LLC of Sheridan, Wyoming. They tell you what a package includes and how a filing usually proceeds. Reading a page does not start an order.
A request until we confirm
Sending a form is a request. We have not agreed to do the work until we write back and confirm scope, price, and the information we still need. Until that confirmation, neither of us is committed to a filing date.
Service fee and state fees
Our formation package is $99. State filing fees are separate. You pay those to the state, usually through us at the time we submit. Each state sets its own amount. A figure on this site that is described as commonly published is an example, not a quote, and you should confirm it with the state.
Mail forwarding and registered-agent service after the first year are quoted separately when you ask for them.
Refunds
If you cancel before we submit your filing to the state, we refund our service fee. After we submit, the service fee covers work already done and is not refunded.
State fees are non-refundable once the state charges them. The state keeps that money. We cannot return a fee the state has already collected.
We are not a law firm
Wyoming Digital LLC is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Staff who help with your filing are not acting as your attorneys. Nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship. These terms are not an engagement letter.
We will not prepare a filing to hide unlawful activity or to misstate ownership. We do not promise a tax result.
General information
The site is general information about formation steps, published fees, and our package. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice for your facts. State rules change. You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, addresses, and ownership details you send us, and for deciding whether to form a company.
Wyoming law
Wyoming law governs these terms and our formation services, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about a request or about these terms are handled under Wyoming law. That choice of law is a contract term between you and a formation service. It is not a law-firm engagement, and it does not make us your lawyers.
